++ the manufacturing process of Microsoft Lumia mobile phones is discontinued, but many of them are still in action and competitive. In my opinion, the timing for their launch alongside the first versions of Windows 10 mobile has been a problem (later versions of Windows 10 mobile are more competitive). I compare the path of Microsoft Lumia phones with the path of Mercedes F1 Team. If you have perseverance, you can win, but you need to have realistic intermediary goals. You must not be number one from the start, but rather be on the field, with competitive, distinctive devices (1% market share can be achieved with the core fans of Microsoft Windows). 1% is not a small number of users & translates to even more when we focus on Windows users. So my question is for Microsoft & fans // is it possible to continue the manufacturing process of Microsoft Lumias for the fans of the brand & Windows ? // ++  #theWindowsthatneversleeps +

    Yet live tiles are all going away, so..

    Where have you heard this from? Live tiles are not only nice to look at but provide information without having to open the app. Not to mention tablet mode without live tiles would look ugly, especially if we are talking about going back to windows 7 looking icons. Unless Microsoft is trying to make their Surface Product line fail by making it so you do not to want to use them as tablets.

    " Introducing Surface Duo: Yes, Microsoft will release a dual-screen Android phone"

    That's right, MS is announcing their return to the phone market, but it won't be a WINDOWS phone - it will be an Android phone courtesy of MS getting together with Google. Smething told me I was making a good choice when I dropped my late, lamented Lumia 735 for a Samsung A50. BTW, Outlook for Android runs just fine on my new tech.

    This sounds so much better than 0.5% of smartphone users in South America are still stuck with Windows Mobile, you should work in PR or politics.
