What i did was the app reset. Now its nowhere . Not in Cortana, Apps and Features, etc. I ran the troubleshooter from Microsoft. both inbuilt and the one downloaded from MS. And I can get this message " you need a new app to open this ms-windows-store. "
Is it completely gone? or can I reregister it ?

2019-10-18T15:15:07+00:00 What if you fully uninstalled the store Via powershell? Isn't there an installer available to reinstall?

2019-10-24T16:01:59+00:00 this is only true if the Windows store has been unregistered. What if it is completely gone, meaning all the associated files have been removed? Is there just a Windows store installer somewhere, perhaps a script that has all the required files and copies them to where they need to be, then re-registers the store?
No matter how much I change my search "Windows store completely missing," Windows Store uninstalled," et cetera, all I get are these same couple of steps to re-register it if it's already installed.

Thank you for the response.
i am sorry i was not clear in my post
The MIcrosoft Store App splash screen launches for a sec and then
closes, both when launched from the
icon on task bar and from the apps
start menu.
This is a brand new Lenovo (purchases from Lenovo’s US web store.
It was installed with Window 10 S
which forces you to install all new apps from the Microsoft Store
i tried doing a clean install
but it would not let me b/c it was not software obtained from the Store.
I can’t even update to a full version
b/c you have to do that via the store
I called Lenovo and was told that since it was a MSFT software issue
that i had to bring it to them.
I will wait for an update or try to replace the M2 SSD (if it is is removable) and install Windows 10 Pro
Full License
Thx again for your thoughts . Hopefully it will help others forum members as well.
