Method 4 worked for me in the link & and Microsoft Store icon poped up on start screen,
I was stuck using Windows 10 without Microsoft Store for almost two years, finally this method 4 (Method 4: Repair Windows Store) did the trick, follow the link:

What i did was the app reset. Now its nowhere . Not in Cortana, Apps and Features, etc. I ran the troubleshooter from Microsoft. both inbuilt and the one downloaded from MS. And I can get this message " you need a new app to open this ms-windows-store. "
Is it completely gone? or can I reregister it ?

2019-03-02T12:18:39+00:00 It suddenly all started working again 2 days ago and the store works fine now. I'm happy with that now and can get back to gaming on it :) Thank you to all those who posted help methods.
