Microsoft Store app missing.

What i did was the app reset. Now its nowhere . Not in Cortana, Apps and Features, etc. I ran the troubleshooter from Microsoft. both inbuilt and the one downloaded from MS. And I can get this message " you need a new app to open this ms-windows-store. "

 Is it completely gone? or can I reregister it ?

    If it's still not working for you go into the Xbox app and then you will be able to reinstall the Microsoft Store app...

    I have the same issue.  Applied the command and this is what I got (see attachment).  Any other ideas?

    Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    Did not resolve the issue.  Still get the same error code Code: 0x80131500
