Microsoft Store app missing.

What i did was the app reset. Now its nowhere . Not in Cortana, Apps and Features, etc. I ran the troubleshooter from Microsoft. both inbuilt and the one downloaded from MS. And I can get this message " you need a new app to open this ms-windows-store. "

 Is it completely gone? or can I reregister it ?

    Update:

    My issue  with the Store App not

    fully launching has finally been  resolved. 

    Someone stole it out of my car!

    it’s their problem now!

    (karma in its purest form)

    My Lessons learned

    1: Only Windows 10 Pro as OS

    2: read the fine print on sale listings!

    1. watch return window, test out all tech asap before it shuts
    2. No more Lenovo!

     Why?  Laptop was Just  outside of return window by a few days. 

    Lenovo “customer service stated they wouldn’t take it back and wouldn’t repair it

    (I was instructed to take up to contact MSFT bc it was a software issue,

    not a hardware issue.

    not taking into consideration that they sent it to me as basically unusable(couldn’t download apps/reset/install security updates,

    anti-virus, ect)
