Microsoft Store app missing.

What i did was the app reset. Now its nowhere . Not in Cortana, Apps and Features, etc. I ran the troubleshooter from Microsoft. both inbuilt and the one downloaded from MS. And I can get this message " you need a new app to open this ms-windows-store. "

 Is it completely gone? or can I reregister it ?

    I typed out the whole thing but it didnt work and the command does not exists what should I do other than this?

    I have the same problem, windows support told me to reset microsoft store and it's gone. I tried this command and got the same error message. 

     : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF6, Package could not be registered.

    error 0x80040154: While processing the request, the system failed to register the windows.capability extension due to

    the following error: Class not registered

    .

    I did that that, but this is what came back to me:

    It said Add-AppxPackage : Cannot find path 'C:\AppXManifest.xml' because it does not exist. Looks like a lot of people have this problem.
