Microsoft Store app missing.

What i did was the app reset. Now its nowhere . Not in Cortana, Apps and Features, etc. I ran the troubleshooter from Microsoft. both inbuilt and the one downloaded from MS. And I can get this message " you need a new app to open this ms-windows-store. "

 Is it completely gone? or can I reregister it ?

    I am having the same problem with microsoft store. I ran the command, troubleshooter, resetting and everything. How did  you resolve the issue? Please help

    The only way to get it back is to download and use the Windows 10 Installation Media. Download the button under Create Installation Media. (See below)  It's reinstalling Windows from scratch but that's the only way to do it.

    I spent a month with all that GetAppx stuff and none of that works. Honestly, I'm not sure why people keep posting that. Obviously they haven't faced it themselves.

    Did not resolve the issue.  Still get the same error code Code: 0x80131500
