Microsoft Store app missing.

What i did was the app reset. Now its nowhere . Not in Cortana, Apps and Features, etc. I ran the troubleshooter from Microsoft. both inbuilt and the one downloaded from MS. And I can get this message " you need a new app to open this ms-windows-store. "

 Is it completely gone? or can I reregister it ?

    I am so sorry it has taking me so long to respond.  I was able to fix it on my on by trial and era doing a lot of reading .  And then fixing it all by resetting my computer,  best thing is I shocked the hell out of myself by doing it on my own. I am one of those that have been afraid of a computer.  thank you so much for responding, it is nice to know when I hit a snag in the future (in sure I will) there are people out there to untangle my snags.

    Press Windows key + X

    Click Windows PowerShell (Admin)

    At the command prompt, type the following then hit Enter:

    Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    Restart, then try launching the Store again.

    It worked for me no problem.  Thanks so much!!

    What is the correct command please ??

    I spent a long time trying different commands etc. As far as I know, there is only one way to fix it. I will attach the page which has the instructions on what to do. You must download an ISO file and put it on your USB drive. You CANNOT use the built-in reset, either keeping you personal files or wiping it clean. This won't work. 

    You must download. I'm a little busy the day before Christmas but perhaps someone else can give you a step by step off that page.

    Same thing has happened to me. I've tried everything. I just want the xbox app and spotify but nothing works.
