What i did was the app reset. Now its nowhere . Not in Cortana, Apps and Features, etc. I ran the troubleshooter from Microsoft. both inbuilt and the one downloaded from MS. And I can get this message " you need a new app to open this ms-windows-store. "

Is it completely gone? or can I reregister it ?

I contacted the Microsoft Suppport Tech and after troubleshooting we found that my computer wasnt updating to the latest package 2004 and that I needed to change the region settings.  That fixed my issue

    (1) This one sounds like it might actually download the Store & not just reregister it. Anyway, it looks somewhat different from what Da Costa posted...

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/archive/blogs/ouc1too/windows-app-store-doesnt-load-after-windows-10-upgrade

Windows App Store doesn’t load after Windows 10 upgrade!

    (2) If that fails, try an upgrade/repair-install of Win 10...

Make a Win 10 Installation USB drive here...

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Download Windows 10 -- currently, this is version 2004

You download the MediaCreationTool2004.exe, plug in an 8 GB/so USB drive, & double-click the tool to run. It could take up to 2 hours, but will create bootable media that could be used to clean install Windows, if the repair-install is ineffective. But for the repair-install, just open the Installation USB drive in File Explorer, & click Setup.exe. That could take another 2.5 hours to complete. It keeps Apps, files & settings.

    (a) I'm unsure it makes a difference, but, if you make the USB drive today, it starts off as OS Build 388 (as/of a week/so ago). The point is, they do update it. But by the end of the repair process, you will be 450 no matter.

    (b) Turn off Controlled Folder Access at "Defender, Virus & Threat Protection, Manage Settings, Manage Controlled Folder Access", if you ever had turned it on. Otherwise, it will interfere near the end of the upgrade/repair-install.

Hi. It says that the path doesn't exist and the administrator block the app. I don't know what to do.
