Microsoft Store app missing.

What i did was the app reset. Now its nowhere . Not in Cortana, Apps and Features, etc. I ran the troubleshooter from Microsoft. both inbuilt and the one downloaded from MS. And I can get this message " you need a new app to open this ms-windows-store. "
Is it completely gone? or can I reregister it ?

On my computer, the Microsoft Store is completely missing. Everything from the icon, to the file location, to even the ability to open the app using the Run application. I have already tried the wsreset.exe method and using the Run application as well, they did not work.
In an attempt to fix the missing Windows Store from my computer, using the command on Windows Powershell (admin) , an error came up.
Error:
Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF9, Install failed. Please contact your software vendor. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80073CF9)
error 0x490: Unable to update the status for package windows.immersivecontrolpanel_10.0.1.1000_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy (Clear=0x0, Set=0x400).
NOTE: For additional information, look for [ActivityId] a202cbd6-fa20-0000-837d-08a220fad501 in the Event Log or use the command line Get-AppxLog -ActivityID
