Is it possible to permanently delete windows 10 update assistant?

If I don't like it, microsoft should correct it, retard.

Disabling updateorchestrator and windowsupdate tasks din't work, so now I deleted all the tasks instead, for 3 days now, lets see it it works. BTW, what is the windows update exe file or dll file so I can totally delete it very much?

I find it really ironic that Microsoft offers an Enterprise Edition for corporations that will provide security updates for 10 years and will NOT download any FEATURE updates whatsoever.

It clearly means that feature updates can mess up a corporation's existing programs and they have complained enough to Microsoft about it forcing Microsoft to offer this option.

It is also clear that thousands (if not more) of individual users having the same issues with feature updates has not prompted Microsoft to react in any way.

No. Microsoft always offered that to Enterprise Users because of possible issues. They did not have to complain to get it.

They need computers to run their businesses in this century and they need them to be as reliable as possible. Still, far MORE businesses use regular Enterprise over the LTSB option.

Meanwhile the Public may THINK they need computers but it's a manufactured need. Actually, we don't, for the most part.

If you're running a BUSINESS from home you should still opt for one of the Enterprise solutions.

Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Home have an important piece of advice for you: BACK UP YOUR DATA REGULARLY AND KEEP IT SOMEWHERE SAFE (like an External Hard Drive---that's my personal choice---or the Cloud) where you can get it again if your Desktop or Laptop experiences issues with an update and you should need to do a reset to Factory Conditions or whatever).

This way you lose nothing but time. And time, is an illusion.

I did a reset not long ago and barely noticed the time passing (mostly because it only took about 20 minutes for the reset to Factory Condition. Granted it took a couple of days to totally restore all my third party programs and folders and files but I wasn't really in hurry with any of that). Point is that the computer was ready to USE with all ESSENTIAL programs installed in much less than an hour).

For most of that time I had music playing on my DOSS speakers via the Bluetooth connection through my Echo Dot and was reading a book on my Kindle Fire.

Occasionally I got on my computer and posted a message here or responded to emails and so forth and so on.

But that's how I do it. Everyone is entitled to experience these little contretemps in their own way. They can agonize their way through it, rage through it, whatever.

As to the advisability of using Windows 10 (the OS for the foreseeable future) that is a decision each person must also make for themselves. Is THIS what they want? Or do they want a MAC? Do they want to build their own and install one of the other Operating Systems out there? TRAILS, for example? That is the Operating System the TOR Browser is most comfortable with and it is considered INCREDIBLY secure. Spies use it.
