I'm getting mixed results from these steps below:
First thing first, we know this is caused by **KB4023814.**I still cannot believe Microsoft has released this to Enterprise Win 10 version as well.
- Uninstall Update Assistant from Add/Remove program. This will automatically delete the C:\Windows10Upgrade\ folder
- Disable the three update assistant tasks in Scheduled Task
- Delete UpdateAssistant folder in C:\Windows
- Uninstall KB4023057 from Add/Remove program
I've heard reports saying that after the UpdateAssistant comes back even after these steps.
More things you could try
- Edit the AssistantUpdate task in Scheduled Task and in the Action tab, add a second task to kill UpdateAsssitant.exe
- Use your AV software to block UpdateAssistant.exe
