Hi Wveryone:
Great work with a YouTube video. I really appreciate that kind of dedication from other MS Ten users. Its a great feeling to know that we have so much talent and a willingness to help others.
.
My question may have been miscategorized or I didn't explain my question fully.I I am wondering how to disable the
Virtual Assistant? Poor girl hasn't even been close with one of her guesses. I really don't want a Virtual Assistant I don't like the entire concept sorry MS). I don't want a
Virtual Assistant on my machine wasting my time with mechanical wild guesses.
.
While I have the floor I wonder if Cortana can also be disabled? I'm sure far too much money was sunk into both the
Virtual Assistant and C****ortana to allow them to callled upgrades but I'm at an age/mindset that I don't want either popping up
on my computer unless disabling both will cause a bigger poblems down the road..
.
Thank you all in advance and for anyone outside the US I am sorry for our President.
Hi Glad you like the youtube video.
On this thread we are trying to stop the Microsoft windows 10 home edition from updating as it is crashing after installing, and then it restore the windows backup, we can stop it by doing CTRL-ALT-Delete (task manager) and closing the update assistant,
but it keeps coming back again, maybe you can do the same with the programs you want to close.
I would like to keep this thread open for my problem with the update assistant, so maybe it might be best to open a new thread for the problem you have.
