Well this is not really what your asking for but here are the patches for the problems with amd cpu’s both for 32-bit and 64-bit being unable to boot after trying to install the update. It worked for my system.

Thanks. Sorry Partialtripod, not working for me at all (HP notebook, Win 10 (home) 64bit). Following every steps from microsoft and HP sites and had outsourced lots.
- reformat / reinstall with keeping files x twice, and without keeping any files x twice
- Followed 2013 articles (**command prompt > net stop wuauserv, net stop cryptSvc, net stop bits, net stop msiserver, ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old, ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old, net start wuauserv, net start cryptSvc, net start bits, net start msiserver,**and ****‘sfc /scannow'
- attempt was made after removing every unnecessary software incl Norton360.
- also purchased and used 3rd party SpeedyFixer setup.
- attempted to download and install from update Microsoft catalog https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=
- Attempt with Trouble shoot > no turning off computer (Starting Bits Service) and no outcome.
- updated every driver clicking one after another.
- Lastly using MeiaCreationTool. exc (total clean install) with same old issue.
