Windows Update Error 0x800f0922

In method 2 checking Related DotNet features, Do you mean every sub features ?

Hello,

i have similar problem. I try to do the win update, but for the last 5 months and maybe more, every time it runs, at the end it will roll back.

In the history of updates it says it has failed by these updates with the error 0x800f0922:

KB4343909

KB4462919

KB4462933

Error 0x800f0922 occurs when downloading the newest update of Windows 10. It also means that you have less than 500 MB in system reserved partition. You may follow the methods provided below and check if you'll be able to update your device.

Method 1. Check your Internet connection

You need to make sure that you have an internet connection and if possible, you are using wired connections

Method 2. Check .NET Framework

Make sure you have the latest version of NET Framework installed. You may enable it in Windows features. Here's how:

Type Windows Features on the search bar and press Enter.

Select Turn Windows Features on or off.

Check any boxes related to DotNet Framework and save selection.

Restart your PC.

Method 3. Turn off your Firewall

We know that this is strange doing, but even Firewall can prevent updates occasionally. Here's how you can turn it off:

Type Firewall on the search bar and press Enter.

Open Turn Windows Firewall on or off.

Turn off Firewall for both private and public networks.

Save your selection.

After saving your selection, you may try updating your device.

1. The system reserve and recovery partition are two different things. The former is created during Windows installation and has a fixed drive space of 500mb in Windows 10. It contains the Boot Manager, Boot Configuration Data (both responsible for booting Windows 10), and the startup files used for BitLocker Drive Encryption. While the latter is created by the user or device manufacturer for recovery purposes in case of a serious system error. It usually contains the device drivers, software, and manuals.
2. Should you need more drive space for your recovery partition, by all means, you can increase it if you still have unallocated drive space left or by shrinking other drive partitions.

I tried to increase my recovery partition and EFI system partition cause of the mentions of low space using the MINI TOOL PARTITION WIZARD (see screenshot).

And it still rollbacked. Apparently this solution isn't working for me, so can anybody help me to solve this ? if some logs are needed please tell me where to find them and i'll post them here.

I am very frustrated as this is going on for the last 5 months. i desperately need a fix.

What has this to do with the system reserve partition? 

I don't have one on any of my drives (and there are a total of 5) and there have been no windows update failures up to yesterday (October 11, 2018).

                  I applied all the three options several times, but installation the updates are again rolled back. On completing .Net framework option, I get the following message: 

         "

          "Could not complete the requested changes. Windows requires a restart to return

                     to its original state."

               I also regularly receive notification that my device is missing important updates.

              I shall welcome the advice to install updates.
