Updated computer now Asus PCE AC68 will not work

I update to the latest version of windows 10 now my wireless network adapter will not work. I am currently use my iPhone usb hotspot to connect to the internet on my desktop. I have tried the latest driver updates and uninstalling and reinstalling. I have also tried a clean install. I have tried taking the Network adapter out and putting it back in. now I am stumped. I am getting error code 10. and when I try latest drivers it says that the latest drivers are already installed.

    I have the same **** but with FX 8350 and peasant RAM. The windows version is 1710. I tried checking the PCI lock and rebooting but have had no success.

    This was the only way I found to fix the issue. No PCI lock required, just download the latest cumulative update and vola'

    Now, the more important question for MSFT is WHY DOES THE AUTO UPDATE NOT DOWNLOAD THIS VERSION BUT DOWNLOADS AND PATCHES USING A BROKEN VERSION????!

    In my case I have a PCE-AC56 Wireless Card running an AMD Processor on an MSI MS7693

    1. Card was running ASUS Driver version 6.30.223.245 (6/9/2014)
    2. Upgraded to Windows 10 Fall Creators
    3. Card would not start. Error 10. Nothing worked
    4. Manually installed new drivers from 7.35.317.0 (9/19/2015)
    5. Card would still not start. Error 10
    6. Ran msconfig -> boot tab -> advanced options -> set PCI Lock
    7. Card immediately started on reboot. HOWEVER it would not stay connected.
    8. Rolled back to version 6.30.223.245 Drivers and it worked

    If you try the PCI Lock workaround for ASUS Wireless card error 10 and it doesn't connect, it may be a driver issue. Hope this helps and thanks to the thoughtful person who posted PCI Lock in the first place!

    I am also still having this problem.

    How do I stop Windows  update from ruining my pc every night by rolling over the revert that fixes it? Christ!

    Ive been gaving the same issue with my Asus X551MA notebook rinning win 10 over the last two weeks. It wont stay connected to any network, though every other device in my house is fine. Ive also tried dvery step recommended by the articles.
