Keep getting this error message when I go to sites that used to work to pay my bills.

Can’t connect securely to this page<br><br>This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings.     Go back to page 2 of this thread about 1/2 way down, a few posts after Adam Levine's rant, a pic is posted showing that you go to Internet properties and go to the "advanced" tab. Make sure that TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 are checked.  Worked for me for most pages still having problems with some but sometimes  using IE or Chrome browsers instead of Edge has helped.  Good luck!
