Keep getting this error message when I go to sites that used to work to pay my bills.

Can’t connect securely to this page<br><br>This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings.     Yes, it occurs in other browsers - Internet Explorer

    No, it does not occur while using both laptops or I-Phone - only happens on my desktop

    Windows 10,

    Got so fed up with it I ditched it and downloaded Firefox which is performing beautifully....learn a lesson Windows.

    yes all browsers have the same problem with only td trust called them they have no idea? why.  I have windows 10 64 bit did the reset on the ssl on the advanced internet options did the cleanup of cache and the whole bit still cannot access td trust.  I can access other sites this only one which has the security problem.....

    I had this problem on two desktops, one worked, the other I could only get one web site out of 100's. I went round and round like all of the rest of you, following solutions that worked for other people but not for me. I checked both computers for their security and they were the same. The bad computer wouldn't work on IE nor chrome.

    Then I noticed an error on the chrome page, not in sync. After finally getting it in sync, everything works. I'm not saying this is a cure all but it works on both browsers now.
