Keep getting this error message when I go to sites that used to work to pay my bills.

2018-09-03T09:09:05+00:00 I have 3 boxes ticked, 'use TLS 1.0' 'use TLS 1.1' "use TLS 1.2'. There is one unchecked box left that reads 'use SSL 3.0'. Do I change this?
