Windows 10 rollback stuck

I recommend download the iso and then mount because the other option usually fails.

Then follow the steps to grab the other tool to mount the iso in the pendrive that creates a bootable usb, plug in the broken windows and do the following:

After you are in the desktop (of the broken Windows) press Alt-Ctrl-Supr and choose Task Manager

File run new task, browse find the setup.exe in the usb and check the Create this task with administrative privileges.

This is how I ran the setup. Also there you can open the File Explorer portable with administrative tools I mentioned earlier to make a a backup.

I'm having the exact same problems after updating windows 10 yesterday, I'm in a constant loop with "Choose your keyboard layout", "Choose an option", I choose "Continue: exit and continue to windows rollback" and it just restarts again and goes back to "Choose your keyboard layout". 

Microsoft royally screwed themselves and the users and they don't even have to balls to say it! I'm frustrated and don't know what to do about my all files and data that could be lost because of their **** up. I can't even seem to just restart the entire operating system back to factory setting either. This is absolutely ridicules, thanks a lot.

Corrupted system files after trying to rollback are one of the possible reasons why this issue is happening. Usually, restarting the computer should resolve the issue.

If the issue still persists even after restarting your computer, we recommend repairing Windows thru Advanced options. Follow the steps below:

1. Press F8 while booting your computer to access System Recovery options.
2. Click Troubleshoot.
3. Select Command Prompt.
4. Enter the following commands below, then press Enter after each command:
   • chkdsk c: /f
   • bootrec /fixmbr
   • bootrec /fixboot
   • bootrec /rebuildbcd
   • bcdboot c:\windows /s c:
5. Once done with the above commands, restart your computer and see if the problem is fixed.

I do all the above step but it doesn't solve.

I noticed on the command promote in the last step of your solution i get "Add installation to boot list ? Yes(Y)/No(N)/All(A):

You need to answer with an 'A' or 'Y' after it says "Add installation to bootlist? ". Then you can run the "bcdboot" c:\windows /s c:" command. (My laptop didn't even get that far, so your lucky. Haha)
