Microsoft Digital Image Suite on Win 10

I have been using Microsoft Digital Image Suite Anniversary Edition on my computer running Win. 10. However a factory reset removed it. In trying to reinstall, I get the message the IE6 is needed to run it.  Is there anyway I can continue to use this software with my Win10 64 bit platform? This program has been phenomenal  for the past 12 years and I want to continue with it rather than switch to another photo editing program.

    This worked for me, but when you click to sign out, wait a few seconds then click cancel, do not sign out.

    When the screen comes back, click OK on error display. Then installation finishes.

    Hi Steve,

    I'm glad people are seeing the post and can get their Microsoft Digital Image Suite 10 to work !!! Hopefully more people will see the solution and be able to get their programs reinstalled on Windows 10. Thanks for augmenting the information for others !

    Start install from cd. It takes about 10 mins to come to the point of error. ( needs explore to install or something ) then with cd in the drive ,click on restart computer. Now you will see the rest of the files install 

    when the computer starts windows will tell you it will run in incompatable mode and it will work fine
