Deleting Pagefile.sys

Hello I got quite a problem for my windows

My Local Disk C is suddenly really full and the i downloaded windirstat 

and i found that the pagefile.sys is really big

is it okay to delete that ?

or do you know what maybe caused the problem .. that made my local disk C is always full

I used my laptop mostly to design 

using Autodesk Application, Sketchup, Photoshop and Illustrator

then today my scratch disk are suddenly full that I cant open anything at my photoshop at all

    118GB drive, how much free space left??

    This PC>>C:\

    Everything looks good, under 1GB pagefile being used, plenty of physical. If it makes you feel better, go to the pagefile and Uncheck The top box and set as shown.

    64MB

    1200MB - 1500MB (Your choice)

    There is no need to, and I would not move it. And I would also use it too.

    There is one person tell me this

    With 15GB of memory you may not need a page file at all. Run task manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and select the "Performance" tab. Watch the Memory graph while you run the biggest load you ever have on your system - all the programs you ever run simultaneously with all the documents and web pages you ever work on at the same time. If the memory graph shows, say, 8GB or less, then a pagefile is probably a complete waste.
