The camera white light is on but it is not capturing any image or video?
Running DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

After I started the DISM.exe /Online/Cleanup-image/Restorehealth I get a flashing white dot and after an hour no new data has shown on the screen! Does the flashing dot mean the restorehealth of my pc is in process?
