After I started the DISM.exe /Online/Cleanup-image/Restorehealth I get a flashing white dot and after an hour no new data has shown on the screen! Does the flashing dot mean the restorehealth of my pc is in process?

2021-01-01T16:37:55+00:00 I have a similar problem, but when I run the command prompt as admin it says that the cleanup image is unknown. What does that mean?
try Cleanup-Image note the dash, not an underscore. also it is possible to copy and paste to avoid syntax errors?
