Thank you for your reply. As for the information asked:

• W10 Pro version 1709 build 16299.125 (running at a Surface Pro 3)
• Every time I turn on the computer, this exact message appears within a minute or less, even if I do not run any apps/software. Just by turning it on.
• I tried the steps by Kapil Arya MVP, but there is no Microsoft Outlook folder (as it is not installed in my computer). So, I cannot proceed to Step 3.
