As recommended, Clean Boot elimated/fixed the issue.
THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED BY GOING TO THE CORTANA SETTING AND UNCHECKING THE E-MAIL OPTION. THANK YOU.
How did you do it? I cant find that setting in cortana.
There is no email program associated to perform this requested action. Please install a email program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default program in Control Panel ?
