    This is not Microsoft but just users.  We can not make changes but just have to report errors in the Feedback Hub Feedback.

    I think it is a bit ridiculous that going into 2019 you have not found a solution for this error message, considering how many people have had this problem since the introduction of W10.  the registry error edit has not resolved the problem.
