    My Windows Defender states it cannot update spyware and virus definitions. Yes, this recent for the last 14 days unable to update

    windows defender will not scan. Error code0x80070057.

    i have the same problem too. it shows on my notifications that i should update my spyware and virus protection. when i click it to update it runs until the percentage is on its half, there this prompt suddenly appear that i cannot update it due to an error. how you may help me about this?

    I'am Marc Chen using a laptop computer called Lenovo ideapad on Microsoft windows 10 but find it hard to update and install software viruses to protect my computer for the last 3 weeks since 11th September 2017. I know that it is out of date since last month and have lots of difficulties getting it renewed please help me. My email is: ******@hotmail.co.uk.
