    The issue may be caused by a corrupted system file component. A third-party program conflict can also be the reason for this issue.     Yes, I have tried what was suggested on this forum which wasn't very much including:

    1. running the update troubleshooter  - didn't find anything
    2. looking at the disk space and cleaning up any bad files - none identified

    That is it so far.
