I'm running every possible scan from Microsoft but I'm pretty sure I've dealt with this before and its something that got corrupted in windows update. my computer can't figure it out yet but I'm sure the registry keys have to be reset or fixed and there is probably a reminance of a file from an old program that might cause the issue. but I'm thinking tech support might be able to better help.
