I did a hard reset on my Lumia 640. I had no idea that I needed to turn off reset protection first. When I login to my account, no devices are showing up. How else can I find myself recovery key? My phone is basically useless until I get the key. Please help!

If you did not register your phone in your Microsoft Account and if you did note deactivate the Reset Protection you cannot get the key to do it now!

I have never tried it, I don-t know if that works, but you can try it and then give us a feedback
