How to get reset protection recovery key

I did a hard reset on my Lumia 640. I had no idea that I needed to turn off reset protection first. When I login to my account, no devices are showing up. How else can I find myself recovery key? My phone is basically useless until I get the key. Please help!

    Hello,

    I had read your text which you had kept to the customers to helping them to

    login the RPRK , but I am also facing with same problem to login the RPRK.

    But, the point is I didnt buy the phone and I had found the phone beside the

    road and I am using it. Recently 3 times I had update the phone and its

    working properly, but the 4 the time when I re set the phone it was asking

    me RPRK key, I do know and I am not the owner of this phone , I didnt

    stolen the phone , I had found it . So now I want to login RPRK ,

    how I can login ,,, please help meee.

    and dont say that give to the owner not silly answers.

    That protection was added to make sure i one loses the phone it cannot be refornated and used by some one else.

    That Key is in the Microsoft account of the owner of the phone.

    hii,, MorganBailey.

      I am the one of the user of Microsoft Lumia 640 since 8 yrs onwards, so last 3 month back I have restart my phone, and its asking me RPRK key, i do no about this program. In the year of 2018 and 2019I had restart my phone in that time period it didn't ask me RPRK but in this yrs when I had restart the phone its asking me RPRK , now I could I get the password of RPRK , and I am the owner of this phone. And  I had fallowed all the instruction which Microsoft has given links to find the RPRK password. But no useful , I had contact to Microsoft customers they were saying we are also helpless for this finding of the Password.Now, i can i get the password of RPRK . Please given us any feed back or help us to get the password . I have some important documents and files stored in my phone, please  help us
