Well...... Sad to say I'm having the same issues...... I've tried everything, and NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK... I've searched for help every were, installed older drivers, I've updated everything and nothing nothing NOTHING seems to work.... well something DOES fix the issue (ill get to this in a bit)
My System:
HP OMEN 15-ce015dx (Bestbuy Model)
i7-7700HQ
HD 630
GTX 1050 Ti
I bought this laptop as an "Upgrade", my old laptop was an MSI GT70 with a GTX 970m and Intel HD 4600.... Funny thing is, it honestly feels like a downgrade.... ITS SAD THAT MICROSOFT IS FORCING EVERYONE TO SWITCH TO WINDOWS 10, WHEY THEY CAN'T EVEN GET THEIR **** TOGETHER, I MEAN FOR GOD SAKE, ITS BEEN ALMOST ONE YEAR NOW!!
Now, the fix.... WINDOWS 8.1, NO JOKE, Microsoft says modern CPU's like Kaby Lake(in my case) aren't supported.... BS!! IF you bought a laptop this year that has nVidia Optimus and are having delays/freezing issues, just format your drive and install windows 8.1, I personally DON'T like windows 8.1, BUT TRUST ME, after you notice all issues disappear... you will love windows 8.1.. until Microsoft releases an actual fix..
Whats Drivers you use for HD630 on Windows 8.1?
I installed them under capability mode for windows 8 BUT read bellow!!
I'm getting some were (hopefully), IM NOT GIVING UP!
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-info.aspx
Check the Windows 10 update history, Windows 10 1703 was released early this year and according to some that's were to problems started, the goal is to CLEAN INSTALL a previous version before 1703, but there's a problem, were to get a legit copy? Were to download a legit ISO copy IF Microsoft ISN'T providing them any more, not even with their media creation tool.. well I used this site:
I Downloaded OEM Windows 10 1511... and holy crap.... a HUGE difference right away!.. Windows is smoother/faster and the UAC window that pops up when opening a certain program, the delay/freeze is gone.. not to mention my GTX 1050 Ti isn't turning on constantly wile normal computer tasks! I wold say I'm freeze free for 99% of the time!! Keep in mind I just did a fresh install and ONLY the graphic drivers for both intel and nVidia were installed.
IF you would like to try it for yourself, download ANY version before 1703, give it a try and report back, use the third link to download, lastly download the file bellow after you do the clean install to monitor the nVidia Optimus... when you find a version of windows 10 that fixes your issues, simply delete the file and clean install windows again and install your drivers :)

LASTLY MAKE SURE YOU DISABLE WINDOWS 10 AUTOMATIC UPDATES!!! Otherwise windows will simply download/install the newest crap.. and well got to start all over...
