Hi,
there is a problem with laptops which have Intel iGPU + GTX 1050/1050Ti/1060/1070. The problem is whenever you perform some action on the OS, discrete GPU is triggered and it causes a 0.5s freeze.
Some actions, which causes the dGPU to wake up and lock up the whole system for about 0,5 seconds are:
Since the problem was OS based, it could be found on all laptop brands: ASUS, Acer, Clevo, Dell, Gigabyte, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, MSI, Razer.

With the latest KB4284848 the problem is partially solved. The community and I have tested the build and we can confirm that it fixes most of the freezes.
There are still some problems though. Some freezes left within the Edge browser
and File Explorer. Please post your feedback!

Playing a game in 1080p on 4k display then switching back into Windows will cause the systray area to become corrupt. Half of the icons are missing and just empty and you cant reach them anymore.
Using VLC and switching back and forth between window and fullscreen, at some point it seems it switches over to dGPU and then VLC breaks and screen is black.
I have lots of force closes of apps like Netflix which uses Video when I maximize/minimize them back and forth a lot.
My machine still stutters with the latest update. Some of them got better like closing Chrome but generally it's still like having parkinson.
Same story on laptop screen or on external monitor.
Still the only fix for laptop screen is running the small tray app and for external using dual-monitor as extended desktop.
I can confirm that with .137 build OS is much more fluent now. (Dell Inspiron 15 7577)

TrayPwrD3 is off and all looks good.
Note that when you right click taskbar and run Task Manager, dGPU is triggered, but the good news is that it is seamless with no stutter or freeze. Looks like root cause may have been fixed.
I'm very optimistic. Thanks MS! but it did take at least 20 months of this nonsense after all.

Fix this...
Half the icons are not shown up when returning from dGPU fullscreen to iGPU. Randomly others are blurred. Bugs like this exist SINCE BETA OF WINDOWS 10. This is unbelievable. How many people still work on the Windows team, 10?
