I have the same issue trying to download Forza Motorsport 7 Pre-load.

I've been getting 0x803FB107 & 0x80070005.

I emailed forzafb@microsoft.com as per a moderator request in the Forza forums and the latest from them is: We are aware that certain players are experiencing issues pre-downloading “Forza Motorsport 7” on Windows 10 PCs. We’re actively working with the Windows Store team to investigate and resolve as quickly as possible.

• Were there any external devices connected to your computer when it happened?
• Have you recently installed any software?

cleaned out my computer. reinstalled games. after reinstalling games, one game has a black page. the other game freezes after a few minutes.

I couldnt fix the issue unfortunately so i had to reinstall windows 10 and its been working fine since then.I think every year its good to reinstall windows as it gets allot of virisus and issues that cant be fixed.Only downfall of that is redownloading it all.

Same here on Forza Motorsport 7 preload
