Hi

Cant download apps or games on the windows store for a month or so. Tried numerous trouble shooting online like clearing the cache and other methods but no luck please help!

    I followed what you said as I have the same issue as well but no dice. I still have the error issue.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response. We would like to know if you already tried running the Windows app troubleshooter? In case you already done with it and still having issues, we suggest that you use the System File Checker tool to scan your system files and to repair missing or corrupted system files. The sfc/scannow command (System File Check) scans the integrity of all protected operating system files and replaces incorrect, corrupted, changed or damaged versions with the correct versions possible. You may refer to this linkfor more information.

    • Have you tried downloading other apps from Windows Store?

    Something unexpected happened Code: 0x803FB107. And I don't own any other games of Windows Store so i haven't tried.
