Hi

Cant download apps or games on the windows store for a month or so. Tried numerous trouble shooting online like clearing the cache and other methods but no luck please help!

    I was fortunate to get off easy this time. I did do a couple of steps to resolve the issue. I didn't go as far as reloading my OS, but I managed to get the final scan done and reset the store app. Also did a real stupid thing and forgot to restart my computer for the updates. This has happened a couple of times in the past and I have had problems with the downloads completing. But I repaired that by doing some command line entries. I also picked up the shadow of War but I put it on my PS4 instead......... Not that I don't trust my CPU. Good luck.

    I have the exact same problem with Shadow of war, 2 downloads bar at the same time and error at the end 0x803FB107

    Ive still not gotten a resolution or any information regarding a fix. I mean, who do i get in touch with about this? Microsoft make it so damn hard to get through to anyone. If I find a fix or if an update sorts this ill post it up here.
