Hi

Cant download apps or games on the windows store for a month or so. Tried numerous trouble shooting online like clearing the cache and other methods but no luck please help!

    same problem installing Forza 7 Pre-load , hope this gets fixed before launch as wasted my money if not :(

    I am a little afraid it has something to do with the latest Store app update (24/09/2017). Forza Motorsport 7 demo downloaded just fine before this update and now suddenly Forza Motorsport 7 full version cannot be downloaded. Coincidence? Maybe... 

    I am able to download the game after this:

    Start cmd as admin and type the following:

    PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"

    Doing an in-place reinstall of windows fixed it for me. Otherwise, I was only able to download it via another user.

    I have the same issue trying to download Forza Motorsport 7 Pre-load.

    Same here. Worked fine for the first 4GB/95GB and suddenly download speed drops to zero with the error code:0x803FB107 making its appearance.
