Hi

Cant download apps or games on the windows store for a month or so. Tried numerous trouble shooting online like clearing the cache and other methods but no luck please help!

    Hello Nicole,

    here is my answers:

    "There’s a network interruption during the download process."

    Yep, if you shutdown PC then is sometimes "interruption during the download process". But why is not possible to resume download? :-o Every amater program can resume downloading... :-P

    "The free storage space on your device is not enough to download the game."

    I have 8 TB disk where is about 5 TB free space. Must be enough for +-120 GB game, right?

    "Your network bandwidth is low."

    Yeah, maybe for MS, but for me is 200 Mbit enough for every service i am using... Steam, Origin, uPlay, Battle.net, GoG...

    "Your device doesn’t meet the game requirements."

    You are absolutely right! I have only Intel Kaby Lake i7 7700, 16 GB RAM, Nvidia GTX 980 :-)

    Nope, i am not stupid, i am just really disappointed with amater work of Microsoft :-/

    These are the factors why you're unable to download:

    There’s a network interruption during the download process.

    The free storage space on your device is not enough to download the game.

    Your network bandwidth is low.

    Your device doesn’t meet the game requirements.

    Try all the steps provided on this thread

    Same issue with Gears of War 4. It's 112 GB and you can't shutdown PC. You must to download in 1 try... :-/

    The very same issue Code: 0x803FB107

    Cannot install ANY game of mine through MS Store on my desktop PC nor my notebook now - like f.e. Play Anywhere title Skulls of the Shogun which I already have on my Lumia 640XL Windows Phone or Halo 5: Forge...
