Hi

Cant download apps or games on the windows store for a month or so. Tried numerous trouble shooting online like clearing the cache and other methods but no luck please help!

    Same issue with Gears of War 4. It's 112 GB and you can't shutdown PC. You must to download in 1 try... :-/

    Agree with the above.

    This issue appears specific with Shadow of War. Thing is, the windows store dev team can fix this easily if it could be raised as a ticket/JIRA. There was an update to the windows store the other day but I tried again and it does not correct the issue. We may have more luck going through the developer and trying to get them to raise the issue with Microsoft as noone appears to want to do their jobs around here.

    Hi Royce,

    We appreciate you letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've already done.

    We also noticed that you already perform a clean install of Windows 10 and yet the issue remains. Knowing that, there is a possibility that the issue you're having is on a deeper level and might be affecting the hardware.

    That being said, you may visit your device manufacturer for an advice about the issue you're experiencing.

    I tried everything, windows troubleshooting, wsreset.exe, I even did a clean reinstall of windows 10... nothing works

    I got 2 downloads for Shadow of War, during the instal I get both file error : 0x803FB107 and 0x80070005

    I spend all day tryinf to fox this problem ! I downloaded the 70 Gb multiple times on different SSD and HDD... 

    Please I need your help here
