Hi

Cant download apps or games on the windows store for a month or so. Tried numerous trouble shooting online like clearing the cache and other methods but no luck please help!

    Issues with downloading Forza horizon 3 may happen if your computer does not meet the system specifications required by the the game. To check the system requirements, you may visit this link.

    We currently have a thread regarding the same issue. Please check Can't install Forza horizon 3 to find the resolution posted by Jomari Arc.

    Post back with an updated status of this issue if you will be needing further assistance.

    Thanks for the reply. My computer does meet, and indeed exceed, the specifications (I can run the demo in High specs, and it's perfectly playable at a solid 60fps, despite the fact that the game likes to crash every so often). The resolution in that thread does not work for me.

    Same error here with Shadow of War.   Refund I guess.  Downloading the game should be the easy part.
