Windows phone discontinued?

I have always used Windows phones and have never had any problems . Unlike my wife who's always cursing her iPhone . I have a dual sim 640 but off last weekend after my provider stopped 2G I cant use it as a dual sim any more . Would love to replace it with another Microsoft dual phone but cant see any dedicated windows phones that do this . Unless the new Nokia 5.1 is using windows ?

I don't know your answer, but would love to see the Windows 10 Mobile OS software being used on other mobile devices.  Hey, Microsoft!  Will you be collaborating with other mobile devices, using Windows 10 Mobile software?

I believe the only device running Windows 10 Mobile which would cover that requirement is the HP X3 Elite - if you can still find one.

All new Nokia phones run Android and the Nokia brand no longer has anything to do with Microsoft or Windows, thank God.

Windows 10 Mobile is dead, nobody would be stupid enough to waste money making phones for an OS for which any development officially ended last November.

Can't say it any nicer than that! 

Reading this thread, i am astonished to read how some are trying to cling to Windows Mobile. Its dead. No other company is going to build hardware for a system even Microsoft has said is dead. 

Why are you staying with a company that doesn't care about customers as much as Microsoft doesnt care about you? 

Five years ago, i was the biggest Microsoft supporter! Had everything you can imagine from them. Zune. RT Surface. Band. Phone(s). Loving Windows 8. Then a change in CEOs. RT-dead. Band-dead. Windows 8 replaced with the mess that is Windows 10. Finally, mobile-dead. Next thing to go will be XBox. Microsoft simply isn't a consumer based company. Its all enterprise.
