After updating to the Creators Update, mykeyboard has been lagging, with a few seconds of normal typing, there are significant delay where keystrokes will not register.
Have already checked for updated drivers and troubleshooted, both to no avail.

2018-01-22T03:49:46+00:00 YOUR software update has rendered my keyboard, and thus my computer, useless, as it has for everyone else in this forum. It took me 2 min to type that sentence. YOUR software is putting my livelihood at risk.
Why have you not responded in this forum, besides ridiculously suggesting driver updates?

2018-01-11T12:40:04+00:00 any news on this ? I'm experienceing the same problem with my laptop (msi GS60) .
My keyboard lags, sometimes just a bit, sometime awfully. Sometimes it switches letters (like if the lag delay is not the same from on key to another), sometimes it repeat a keystroke 20 or 30 times. What i know :
- I do not have the problem when I boot this laptop on linux
- I do not have this problem with a connected USB keyboard
- I still have this problem after reinstalling windows 10.
Basically for now my laptop keyboard is unusable most of the time.

2018-01-04T17:58:06+00:00 I currently have this issue too. It happens every once in a while. Sometimes after having the computer on for weeks at a time and today right after starting it up after restarting for a new windows update. I have a wireless microsoft keyboard (comfort keyboard 5000). The issue is always resolved by restarting my computer until it happens again of course. I would say it happens about once every two weeks, sometimes more frequent. The fact that it is resolved by a restart is a little funny but it keeps me going. Thanks.

This entire site is worse than useless because it's also infuriating. You'd be better off scrapping your support site and at least not looking like a lazy, stupid company.
