Windows 10 Creators Update: Keyboard lagging

After updating to the Creators Update, mykeyboard has been lagging, with a few seconds of normal typing, there are significant delay where keystrokes will not register.

Have already checked for updated drivers and troubleshooted, both to no avail.

    FOUND IT. It was a BIOS issue:

    and now after  all of this-my touchpad is LAGGING TOO! So angry.

    No. I just did a refresh which wiped out all my programs in Suite, etc. I am typing this as if I am just learning a keyboard! So angry as this is kinda how I make a living!!

    It's going to be hell reinstalling all the programs now with this lag, or I'm going back to Windows 7 before all this bloat. I don't need apps, an annoying assistant or this 3D ***t. 

    I could work off an external keyboard, but there goes the benefit of working anywhere!! Where is the fix!? They can see this has been going on almost a year now!

    So i don't know about other people here but yesterday the lag from the keyboard f'in magically disappeared and my touchpad is working again. And i absolutely don't know how since i have done nothing to solve these since my last post here.

    This problem keeps reoccurring.  As of the last few updates, including the purchase and install of Office 2016 I now have a disturbing lag on my keyboard.  Something is going on.  I checked on different support website and this issue is being discussed in numerous forums.  It would really be nice if Microsoft acknowledged the issue and then solved it.  It is not simply up to the users to spend hours going down untested "suggestions" to "see if it clears up".

    There is clearly a problem with the MS software updates causing keyboard lag.
