Windows 10 Creators Update: Keyboard lagging

I am having the same problem as everyone else. The keypresses on my keyboard may all of a sudden stop registering of an on and seem to be worse for certain keys (Backspace, shift) but basically makes the keyboard useless and impossible to type. As someone using a keyboard all day this can get very frustrating especially during moments of high pressure (meetings, or collaborate development) 

It only started after changing laptops. It may be due to software / driver differences - hard to say.

I am using a Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard - bluetooth, HP Z-book, and Windows 10. 

I found one fix to be throwing the keyboard down on the floor, hard, key side down. I did it in frustration the first time and it fixed the problem. Then as it subsequently kept happening i kept throwing the keyboard on the floor or banging the key-side down hard on my knee and the problem went away for a bit. For that reason, I thought maybe a faulty receiver in the keyboard

Then after reading through this forum I saw the suggestion to change the slow keys setting, which seemed to work!!!

Never mind! it just happened again. This makes me think its a memory issue. almost like the memory gets full while typing. then maybe if you stop for a bit it gets fixed. 

So just this second I slammed down the keyboard hard and that fixed it again. I notice when i do a little green light comes on between the gap in the middle of the spacebar. As if its re-connecting to bluetooth or something. 

I give up. I will have to replace it. Thats all I can see. Although I'm sure this is software related.

I am using an external microsoft Bluetooth keyboard

My HP Envy laptop keyboard is lagging right after that update too.  I have not had time to read the whole thread, but I will certainly do so.  The problem started right after I installed Creator!

Has anyone been able to fix this?  It is getting horrible.  Mine is not constant, one minute it works, the next keyboard gone.  

This is not a hardware issue.  I cannot use the Microsoft Surface Keyboard at all on my Surface anymore.  I hooked up a Bluetooth and it seems to be doing fine now.  But I would prefer to have my regular one working.

Same issues here. Why are they not fixing this?

I have same or maybe worse issue. Few days ago I updated my Windows 10 as well, for days everything went just fine. Until, this morning when I turned it on.

I can't use my laptop at all, because lag on the keyboard made my powerful piece of tech absolute useless. I can't write on it without multiple key strokes, what make my work on it terrible.
