Windows 10 SmartScreen- "check apps and files" options greyed out

In Windows Defender settings the options for "check apps and files" are greyed out.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am running Windows 10 Pro X64, Version 1703, OS Build 15063.296

    I have already done all of that and have now done it all again.

    Nothing has changed.

    How do I go about re-running the Creator Update?

    I am having the same issue as well. This seems to be some kind of bug. I have the most recent updates, I have restarted, and I have Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.15063]. Just saw it tonight as an option and it is grayed out. Welcome to the beta team guys Microsoft strikes again. I do want to say thank you Microsoft and company for keeping me gainfully employed for over 20 years. :)
