Whatsapp stuck on loading screen - Windows phone 10

hi i recently updated whatsapp on my phone and now its stuck on loading screen even though i restarted and hard reset my phone. Any suggestion to solve this issue.

    I still have the same problem here 😞 I'm so upset!!! I don't know what to do anymore. We need to comment on Feedback Hub, guys, so Microsoft can see what we have been through.

    To fix this, go to settings>storage>this device>temporary files>tick on the telemetry and temporary files and then tap remove.  Sometimes it takes more than 4-5 attempts and to delete all the telemetry files and a restart to delete the temporary files. This will not remove any of your data.

    It's not working for me.. Tried 9-10times..

    Same here!

    My telemetry data already have been 0 Byte!

    Altough I deleted everything but with no effect.

    What's about the WhatsApp - Beckup folder and the WUDownloadCache??

    Delete them too??

    Actually, if deleting the telemetry didn't work, you would need to recover your phone via Windows Device Recovery Tool!
