Whatsapp stuck on loading screen - Windows phone 10

hi i recently updated whatsapp on my phone and now its stuck on loading screen even though i restarted and hard reset my phone. Any suggestion to solve this issue.

    I had the same issue:

    Suddenly Whatsapp was stuck on "loading..." and that took forever

    WDRT (which reverted my lumia640 from W10 to W8.1) did not help:

    Now whatsapp was stuck on 'Setup: please wait" or something like that. again, forever

    Then I just went to the persons app, and added a contact.(as mentioned here) And that was it.

    Solution A:

    So if you see whatsapp stuck on loading: Just a contact in your persons app.

    If that does not work:

    Solution B:

    1. uninstall whatsapp (you won't lose data, whatsapp will restore it from oneDrive on reinstall in step 4)
    2. restart your phone
    3. install whatsapp
    4. perform every step to setup whatsapp, until it gets stuck in setup.
    5. add a contact in your persons app.

    Unfortunately this did not work.

    Additionally I had no Step 4

    Its Ok now ..I don't know what was happened .. I added a contact previously.. But nothing was happened immediately .. But now wow wow wow 😲.. It's  working.. I skipped other methods.
