hi i recently updated whatsapp on my phone and now its stuck on loading screen even though i restarted and hard reset my phone. Any suggestion to solve this issue.

Yes, I have the same issue. I work everyday and can't do without a working phone.
The issue for my now occurs half of the day and the other half of the day the Apps work.
This really drives me crazy. I have always had such a reliable phone! Please fix this Microsoft!
EDIT 21-1-2018: I've run my device past the Device Recovery tool on PC ... now installing every single update ... this is taking me alllll day. Really hope it works!
Issue is not fixed for me.. Still stucks on loading screen.. Is there anyone who still having the issue?? ☹
My lumia 930 win10 didnt also open whatsapp.
The screen says ''loading'' and after a couple second it goes back too the start screen.
I restart the phone,look for updates (no update available) en remove end reinstall whatsapp a several times, it DIDNT WORK!
I think its a Windows issue, not whatsapp...
Yep It's a error with OS.. Friends, Are there not clever enough software developers in Microsoft to fix this issue..for windows phone lovers in the whole world..with this issue my phone is worthless.. ☹☹☹
