Whatsapp stuck on loading screen - Windows phone 10

hi i recently updated whatsapp on my phone and now its stuck on loading screen even though i restarted and hard reset my phone. Any suggestion to solve this issue.

I can't get past loading and have had WhatsApp working for over a year. The loading issue started before I applied the update from the store earlier today. And the update didn't erase it. Lumia 1520 Phone.

Hello all,

at first i had the same loading screen issues like you guys, but now that i have run the repairsoftware that was linked earlier, i cant even log into my microsoft account in the store where i want to buy Whatsapp. It says :"error occured please try to log in later". I tried it later a couple of times but it still wont work. Help please

have you tried to add contact manually just only 1 contact enough it solved for me the unfinished"setting whatsapp.please wait"
